Hello all, 

My name’s Ellie and I am part of the Gibtelecom marketing team who has been involved with the Panic Button project since Lianne left for her maternity leave.

We have been busy behind the scenes preparing a number of documents for Panic Button Users to allow for a clean and simple migration for all involved. We will soon be calling to arrange migration appointments, however prior to this, we wanted to take this opportunity to give yourselves visibility of the documents prepared to be able to assist, if needed, with those under your care.

For your awareness, we will first be sending a pre-appointment letter, advising customers that we will be getting in touch to arrange their appointment and highlighting that we will need to collect certain information while at the appointment.
